    LMAO@ Michigan State (a) getting in (b) as a 7 seed.

Annual "which omission will drive Vitale to tears" post.

The seeding from 4 to 7 looks very wonky

Clemson will not be happy ... beat NCSU three times, none of them close.

Glad Seth Davis Sharpied NCSU, though. Might have helped their cause, right UMBC?

Just too close these days. Now, IMO, so close that the committee can do more to keep more schools close to home and avoiding potential conference matchups too early in the bracket.

Not only that, there are direct flights from Spokane to Denver. Not true of Sacramento or the other first/second round sites.

Piece of cake for Zag fans.

I think the Tuesday/Wednesday games should be expanded to include one-bid conference champions who did not win their conference tourney. There are eight of them. Kent St./Toledo, you get to play on either Tuesday or Wednesday. If you win your conference and tourney, like Howard or Vermont, your first game is on Thursday or Friday.

Expand the tourney by 32 teams. I think that works. If you have extra spots, give it to power conference schools or other last outs. But to get any at-large bid, you have to be over .500 in conference play.

The people who want to expand the tournament forget it should be called the office pool
The right number for a bracket is 64 teams
Bumping it up would ruin a lot of things for the ESPNs, CBS Sports and Yahoos of the world, not to mention the guy whose pool I participate in every year

I enjoy nothing more than watching Sethie Davis exhibit his surface-level knowledge of everything this month.

He seems more pompous now that he’s at The Athletic
