Two of the one seeds got smoked in their conference title games, but we all know the committee doesn't care much about conference tourneys. IMO they don't pay much attention to anything that happens after the Super Bowl.

Well, for one thing, that bracket was signed, sealed and delivered before the Big Ten final was a final.

I dislike the committee's inconsistencies as much as you dislike that Duke is being given time of day by ESPN, but do you really think this past weekend's gathering of the committee - consisting of athletic directors from schools throughout the land - has been some sort of glorified beer bust? Good grief ... stop while you're only this far behind.

And just to shoot a final dose of ammo in your post above .. if that were the case, Duke would be a much lower seed and would be gone in the first weekend.

Dale didn't duck the crappy NASCAR tracks. He had three wins at Rockingham.

Potential snow on Thursday, otherwise, good weather here next weekend. And some of the higher-end teams coming here. Baylor. Gonzaga. Creighton will bring folks. All three sessions already sold out so it will be a tough ticket.

One time I'd like to still be in Fort Collins. Thinking plenty of people will make the 8-9-hour drive from Omaha.

(On the bright side, Denver to SLC is drivable for someone wearing red wanting to make a big weekend of it.)

save this for a month from now but I don’t get the UConn love at all — and I have trouble understanding how they got a four seed

And San Diego State, which was the top 5 seed, goes to Orlando to play Charleston, which is less than a six-hour drive.

Creighton fans support very well. They got as good of a draw as possible for them. They will likely flood Denver.

The only way to make fans happy is to schedule all regionals at Lake Tahoe.
