    The "brain drain" is with every creative person involved with any NCAA tournament commercial.
    Chuck, Spike, Nantz, Miller, Lily. Nissan, Wendy's, Capital One, etc.
    Every commercial is boring, derivative, and lacking the slightest bit of creativity.
