Similarly, I recently rediscovered a "feel" for where my right elbow should be in my downswing. I had literally lost it for a long time... about 16 years. When I have that feel for where my right elbow should be, the club drops on plane every time and I have a consistent butter cut, and a miss is either straight or about a five yard fade. (As an aside, the bottom hand of my grips is built up with six wraps of tape so my right hand can't get aggressive, which causes a smother hook.) For me, it's about 10 strokes difference every round.

The guy is 37. Isn’t that still in a golfer’s prime? Isn’t this just a big F-you to the PGA for what it did to him a few years ago?

Don't conflate "PGA" with "PGA Tour", sir...

The Tour was talking big about discipline a few months ago, we'll see if they follow up -- and actually announce any penalties. They never announce anything but if they're banning someone, why would that be a secret?

Ok. But the question still stands.

The commissioner is still just posturing. If Dustin Johnson doesn't play the Travelers the week after the US Open, then one can suspect the hammer came down.

The players who are going to a competing product have failed basic Economics 1A, don't cannibalize your primary product.
