Ah, I find some of Thompson's stuff tedious, mostly his pappy and bourbon stories.

 

Drew Magary is a bit much sometimes, but this is pretty great:

He needed more specific examples of what makes Mulkey an asshole. I mean, the Griner stuff was all you really need to know who Kimmy is, but I wanted more. Note that I did not watch the videos.

She’s way worse than Norm, and I wasn’t sure that was possible.

Agreed. Also probably needed a little bit more editing...I feel like it could have been tightened up some. But it's ESPN.com so I'm surprised they're even bothering to still manage anything resembling longform. And of course, even with these nits we could pick, there were still a dozen or so times when I realized I'll never write anything that good.

 

I’d bet that when it’s Wright they have instructions not to change a word.
