Not a fan of Bobby Knight, but I'd love to see his reaction to a player taking that approach.

 

That’s my favorite game I ever covered. I was right next to the Clemson bench. Classic.

 

They are incredibly lucky to have the record they own. They trailed New Mexico State by 8 with 60 seconds left in regulation. The Aggies gagged it away.
Sure looks like Payne has lost any semblance of legitimacy he may have brought to the job.

 

I am predisposed to hate Rick Barnes on account of his current job, but everything I’ve seen indicates he’s been a thoroughly decent man in Knoxville.

 

He’s awesome. Genuine.

 

Leaning more and more toward not liking the way he coaches, but it doesn't make him a bad person.

Sort of like Dean Smith's psychological games. Didn't mean I disliked the substance of the man.

 

When you start your conference schedule Dec. 1, you get things like No. 1 losing at Northwestern and nobody noticing. But hey, moar expansion!

 

That's OK. Felt the same way about Gene Stallings.
