Speaking of Memphis, social media sensation Mikey Williams now facing eight charges stemming from a shooting incident near his $1.2 million (I know that’s not necessarily huge in San Diego) home. Of course, he is taking online classes so he can play if he’s not incarcerated.

 

In the first three minutes of the season, I vow to myself not to succumb to Drew Timme disease. In other words, I will understand that this will be the best basketball season of Nathan Edey's life.

55 - 48 UAB with 7 1/2 to go. Bradley has been held to 8 points in the second half.

Billy Clyde Gillispie is coaching at Tarleton State. His roster has 21 players, 16 of whom are newcomers.
Apparently the COVID waivers are still alive and well. I'm old enough to remember when rosters were limited to 13 scholarship recipients.
