Given how LIV has gone to underserved U.S. golf markets, I wonder if Indianapolis was/is on their radar. I bet people here would respond. I'd go, because it's still amazing to watch DJ and Bryson hit golf balls. Simple as that.

Followers or no, Bryson's in golf purgatory, playing a tour no one cares about, and turning his YT channel into a freak show. Titty golf with influencers. Play half a round with junior clubs from Walmart. It's pathetic and he knows it.

I agree. And that's why I hate the "Signature" events, because it limits the competition that's allegedly at the heart of the Tour. These events are so obviously a way to funnel more dough to the top players so they don't leave for LIV and to give sponsors the sense they got their money's worth because "look, there's Rory, and there's Scottie!"

That seems a bit harsh. I don't consume YouTube golf content but some groups have incredibly large followings and Bryson's 500k-plus subscribers isn't too shabby. He seems to have a lot of freedom to do this stuff while playing LIV (peak irony, I know), whereas if he was still on the PGA Tour I'm sure their content police would be far more meddlesome.

I get it and yes golf is funky, but would you rather see Scottie v. Rory (or even Clark nowadays) on the back 9 or Pendrith v. Kohles? Shots matter but it was a lot more fun watching Campbell take down Tiger than when Ben Curtis won the Open.

Scheffler out of Wells Fargo due to wife now being 52 weeks pregnant.
Good Gracious, she was about to explode a month ago at Augusta!

Watch her give birth on Wells Fargo Sunday, Scottie fly to KY on Wednesday and dust the field without a practice round.

When we were expecting our first, they gave us the due date and I planned a vacation accordingly. Due date came and went and my wife was two weeks late and they had to induce her into labor. Everyone talks like it's set in stone but a due date in reality is quite random.
