    Ah playing at altitude.
    490 yard par 4.
Finau has 175 and hits gap wedge.
256 yard par 3……6-7 irons being hit.

Even from the International Space Station, I couldn't hit a wedge 175 yards. Then again, my set of irons is about the same age as Tony Finau. And he probably couldn't hit my wedges that far, either!

I wondered how much golf was too much golf for someone who doesn't get to play a ton. I've found six rounds in seven days is that number. I was absolutely worthless out there today, but at least I got to play with three dear friends whom I haven't seen in a while. Definitely in need of a few days off, though. My body is whipped right now.

    I know it’s 6,000 feet.
    647 yard par-5
Aberg goes driver, 7-wood from 307 to 8 feet.
    Easy 3.
I said this about DeChambeau some years ago.
Whatever “it” is, this kid has it.
    So does Aberg.

The annual buddies trip with friends, approaching 25 years, has evolved from multiple days with 36 holes, obsessing over scores, to 18-hole days where we'll play shambles and the like to keep it light. It's all about the hang now, as the kids say.

I’ve been 18 holes 3-4 nights a week from Mid-April through Labor Day for many years now.
Our Labor Day tournament is easily the biggest one of the year. 125 in this year.

Kornheiser made the comment on his podcast this week that if he plays every day, he gets worse and worse. Was always true for me, even when I was 22.

Yeah, I actually started to feel it on the back nine yesterday. Driver started getting wonky, swings were getting lazy. I had never planned on playing today but my friends piped up so I joined. The company was great, so no complaints. But I knew two holes into it that I had nothing today. And I’m 26 years north of 22, lol.

I don't think Keegan Bradley moves the needle much.

Lydia Ko winning with a birdie on 18 at St Andrews was so cool.

The extended pre-shot routines are painful.
