So do they still show beach volleyball galore with Karch Kiraly and Stephen Stoklos?!

Anyway, let me get this straight: Dotel throws a 1-2-3 8th and then they decide to put in Soriano for the 9th? Makes no sense.

We can only hope ESPN begins giving Bonds more coverage. It has been lacking.

I guarantee it has to do with previous marketing and schedule plans. The X-Games has so many sponsors and bring in a shit-load of money, not that Bonds coverage won't. But, a contract is a contract.

I can respect that, but at least cut in on his at-bats on ESPN.

They can run the Fakie 360 Anchor Grind after his at-bat.

You've got to see the play Bob Wickman just made. Little pop flare behind the mound. He's the only guy with a chance at the ball. He's backing up but sort of side-straddlin' and makes the catch and trips and kerplumps to the turf. The slo-mo, no doubt, would make it even more hilarious. Great play though.

Probably thought it was a chicken nugget.

TBS, I've grown up with you and the Braves, and I'll always love you. And now I'll let you go ATM on me. You're showing Bonds at-bat right now with a split screen of the Braves game.

    Awesome stuff, Ted Turner. Thanks.

Base hit for Bonds, about 2 seconds before Francouer opened bottom-10 with a single.

I enjoy TBS. I think it is The Superstation. But I do not care for the Braves' commentators, and I never have and probably never will. I'd rather listen to Berman than Sutton and Carey. Those two are the ultimate homers.

Hell, they can use Listerine, too :D Oh, it's going into free baseball now. That was just the 9th.

Skip's a homer, can't doubt that. But he's an objective homer, if there is such a thing. He'll bash the Braves when they're playing like shit, and he'll credit the other team when they're playing well. ... Hell, Scully's a homer, too. He loves the Dodgers -- but, again, he has no problem giving credit where it's due. I'll take a sharp announcer who's a homer any day over an idiot like Berman.

    BTW: Sutton's in Washington now.

BTW 2: And Chip's fucking awful.

I've always liked Sutton and Carey and thought of them as pretty fair. They give respect to the other teams when need be. Plus, they have been better this year now that TBS isn't just a Braves station.
