    Dear Yankees fans:

    Kei Igawa truly sucks.
Not that I mind him blowing leads.

Towers is not much better. This game is a miracle at 2-2. Neither of these guys belong in the majors right now.

  3. Jason Kendall traded to the Cubs for Rob Bowen and, I assume, minor leaguers or cash.

EDIT: minor league pitcher Jerry Blevins, who I, Cubs fanboy have never heard of, is included in the deal.

Hi. My name is Rich Hill. After this 2-1 loss, I will have a 3.6 ERA but a 5-7 record because my teammates hate me. I will get a tough loss tonight because Alfonso Soriano kicked the ball in left field. I will get a bullshit earned run on the play because my scorekeeper is a moron.

And now I get to throw to Jason Kendall!

Pedro Martinez back sooner than anticipated?

Oh, and Lincecum is going to be a Cy Young winner one day.

No. He was pulled during the previous inning.

And Aramis Ramirez can hit. Two-run double, and the Cubs are O-facing the Giants, 3-2.

Did the Cubs get the fork from Kendall's back in the deal, too?

Rob Bowen trying to make the entire NL circuit in one season?

Padres to Cubs to Pirates in a month.

  11. Um, Kendall plays for Oakland.

    Yeah, that, too :D

I keep thinking he's with the Pirates.
