    He got off to a slow start, but for a true freshman basically getting his first start in the title game, this is really fucking impressive.

    Alabama gathers 'round (Brent says) an unbeaten QB who hasn't lost a game since 8th grade.
    Wow.

    But 'Bama's never beaten Texas.
    Ever. (1 tie, 7 losses in 8 meetings)
    I didn't know that stat until today.

    I'm the opposite, I watch a lot more SEC West games. Florida does get their share, though. The Arkansas game this year springs to mind.
