And at some point I would imagine the defenses will show up. BC down 14-0 and then runs the ball way to easily to cut it to 14-6.

Look, I know that USC is USC and they are playing in California....but the refs are absolutely whoring Boston College in the game. That's the second time they went to replay and got it wrong, benefitting the Trojans tremendously.

They are trying to compensate for the announcers in the tank for BC

I don't know how much longer you'll be in Mexico but I think a "Drunk Layman Commenting on a Spanish-Dubbed College Bowl Game" would be the shit.

Love the bowls, the less significant ones might be even more interesting because I can't recall the last time I saw two teams that both wear green play each other - too bad the game wasn't being played in Boise. Liked Marshall's PSA, the namedrop of McConaghey was funny. Who knew that BC's program was led by a guy with nickname "Coach Spaz," or that a former baseball prospect would finally make it to a big league ballpark, but wearing football gear, or that two former NFL guys would find contentment coaching at the Meineke Bowl.
The best thing about the bowls, and ESPN's "ownership" of them, is that these game provide more people more opportunity to see these teams play.

Yeah, but we all know that there's one thing BC can still do, most seasons . . .

It all comes clear now. Joe Tessatore is a BC grad. He was so in the tank for BC that John Sterling blushed and did not know why.

Never knew that Oregon named its field after Rich Brooks. Remember when that used to be meaningful?

Got a pitchers' duel going on in Shreve-vegas. No score midway thru the second.

It's a shit bowl, but SEC vs. Big 12 in a city full of casinos isn't a bad deal.

This game is quite the pile of shit. We know these teams don't have good defenses. So it's really just a battle of who wants to be there less.

I'm sure those folks in Shreveport witnessing this 0-0 game are really glad they didn't take Missouri.
