At my last job, Central time might as well have been Diego Garcia for my colleagues back on the East Coast. I just got used to expressing everything in their time.

ESPN just sent out a news push that it’s postponed

I know this is really unimportant, but what the hell does ESPN put on the air tonight? Gameday? Sportscenter?

    Hopefully a 30 for 30. A good 30 for 30.

It’s no one’s fault, but this playoffs has been one big wet fart.

Four hours of Rose Bowl analysis, interspersed with leftover piano music from the Tom Rinaldi era.

Seriously, I don’t know. And they’ve got multiple networks where they now have to plug holes. There’s a couple of Missouri Valley basketball games they could move over from ESPN Plus but my guess is reruns.

They should rerun the Pop-Tarts Bowl. That was a good game.

Little hard to replay cannibalism for laughs in that time slot though.

Do the dogs catching frisbees over the pool or something. Whatever the safest, calmest thing in the archives may be. The world could use a gentle evening.

Again in the speck of fly shit department, this does start constraining ESPN’s programming choices. The Gator Bowl has to move off the mothership, but ESPN2 and ESPNU both already have basketball games scheduled to air. Even SEC Network has the South Carolina women.

Would it be too bold to suggest putting the game on ABC?
