    Which is shocking considering this was their big chance to shove it up ABC-ESPN's ass. They do such a good job with the NFL. I dont know what the fuck happened here.

    Since ND is not part of a conference for football, they're technically subject to the same BCS eligibility rules as any other non-BCS team. The big difference, of course, is that because of their allure (read, potential for $$), they're very likely to be taken even if they barely meet the minimum requirements.
