Well, take heart Mizzou. Nationally, NOBODY is going to remember your choke after what the Gophers just did.

Due to that ref fucking, Whitlock is gonna rate Mizzou 8th in his final AP vote.

I'm guessing ESPN Classic could at least run a 12-hour marathon of Mason's Minnesota chokes.

Off the top of my head I've got:

Insight Bowl vs. Texas Tech (up 38-7, lose in OT)
2005 vs. Wisconsin (up late, gets punt blocked in final seconds and loses despite Maroney running for 250 yards)
2003 (or 2004) vs. Michigan (up 35-7, loses).

No doubt. Now I REALLY can't wait to get home and watch that one. Unreal.

D_B and in the same thread! My apologies. “Now on Monday, it says bad stuff, serious storms, but you’re gonna be dead in a hundred years anyway. Live dangerously. I would go opposite of that. That’s just too strong, too much bad weather, that thing on the screen there is just too sure of it for my tastes. Me personally? Expect sun. Don’t be a coward, stay out in it and enjoy it, and if you run into the bad stuff don’t let it ruin your day.”

I was actually watching this game and turned it, since it looked like Minnesota was going to blow them out.
But the T-Tech win makes me 14-3 in the games so far. Of course if I had just picked the favorites, I'd also be 14-3.

Nothing could ever surpass the choke against Wisconsin. That one was pure comedy.

Earlier this season when Mizzou beat Tech, I didn't feel safe the entire night though the Tigers had a double digit lead almost throughout. You can't feel safe against them unless you're up 50.

That is the smallest of consolations... but judging by recent history, I think the world would implode if Minnhaha and Mizzou ever happened to meet on a football field.

Glen Mason needs to go... now. quickly, swiftly and not quietly...

Maybe Alabama could hire him...I'm sure one of the plane trackers, much like the weathermen who track Santa, has spotted Bear Force One on radar near Minneapolis.
