BTW, is it too early to say Colt Brennan should be a 2007 Heisman candidate?

Bit late actually. I'm pretty sure thug boy's a senior this season.

EDIT: He is a junior. I take it back, the part about him being a senior, not the part about him being a thug.

 

Brennan's hardly a thug, sportschick. Have you ever been around him? He fucked up a few years back, but since then has show to be a solid guy.

 

Anybody who's attacked a woman's a thug. I'm sick and tired of people apologizing for the misogynistic behavior of athletes. Ohhh, he messed up. Fuck that. He did more than mess up. Not turning in your paper on time is messing up. Breaking into somebody's room is being a thug.

 

I have to agree with sc. Brennan's a pig.

And regarding apologizing for athletes, the next person who writes/televises a feature on Leonard Little turning around his life should be thrown out of the journalism business for good.

 

I would like to state for the record that I'm glad Brennan's kept himself out of trouble since the incident, but that doesn't mean that I have to like him, admire him or annoint him a good person. It doesn't change what he did.

 

Wasn't Brennan exonerated for that charge? Yeah, he was. I'm not siding with athletes in general who fuck up, but this guy got a bad deal.

 

Actually, he got a felony conviction for burglary and trespassing out of the deal, so try again. Kid's a thug, and you're apologizing for him.

 

He was acquitted of sexual assault and indecent exposure charges, but yes, he was convicted of treaspassing. That is awful. How can he go on? I think anyone who trespasses should be labeled a thug. Well done.

Oh, he's a hella good player. Probably the best player in the WAC (despite my love for Ian Johnson, I can admit to that).
