Running College Hockey Thread

Flipping between the elite eight and college hockey after arriving home. It's a pleasant surprise to see Maine on the doorstep of the Frozen Four after the yo-yo year they've had. Still, I am not sold on the strength of the playoff region.

On a side note, I wonder what it will be like for Ben Bishop to play hockey in April in his own backyard.

 

Good call, cougs... Rochester was by far the weakest of the four regions.... I'll definitely be pulling for the Bears in two weeks....

What the heck?!
I wasn't even watching the game today, I was out running errands.
Besides, I went to another WCHA school.

But I am rooting for the Gophers since 'my' team didn't even come close to making the tourney.

 

North Dakota 7, Michigan 5, second period. Are these guys playing without goalies?

 

Still 7-5 with three minute to go and ESPN is showing it tape delay at 11 p.m.

Is it bad of me to want North Dakota to advance as far as possible, just to stick it to the NCAA?
