New Hampshire has disappointed in the past few years, also, but they're not as loaded as BU is this year - hence the high expectations for the Terriers. BU, despite supposedly playing poorly at times during a 17-game unbeaten stretch, was a team that willed itself to win (or tie) during that stretch.

    Matchups, anyone?

Fact is, BU didn't play that great all weekend. Friday night, it was three goals in 44 seconds. Saturday night, Lowell outplayed us for much of the game, and I was surprised that goal was erased (they don't have live sound available in the replay booth?).
Hopefully, they got the hiccups out in Boston. If the boys are back on their feed, they should win it all. If they play like they did this weekend, it's upset city again.

Anybody have a TV broadcast schedule for the Frozen Four? It appears to be some sort of big fucking secret.

I'll tell you when your team quits kicking in pucks for wins over Michigan.

Seriously though, I have no idea.

For the record, I'm not a Notre Dame fan or alumnus. I'm not even much of a college sports fan...I went to a D-III school so I don't get to see the old alma mater playing on TV too often. I just like hockey.

    Cougargirl, you rule.

Mustang, surely you can find some obnoxious ND fanbois somewhere.

My girlfriend went to BU so I'm on the Terrier bandwagon.

  12. I'm a HUGE UNH fan (went to school there), but we ended up with the worst draw imaginable. North Dakota and then BU if we win. Minnesota's my other favorite team.

Needless to say, I'm not making Frozen Four plans this year.
