Sooooo, who do you like in today's games... I'm not a gambling man myself, but I'd like to know who you like so I can call my bookie and go the other way

This is going to be the worst Frozen Four in recent memory. Vermont/AF and Miami/UMD...yawn.

I dunno... assume the "worst"... what's wrong if an Air Force and Miami get in... shake up the traditional powers. Would be appropriate in a year where Minnesota and Michigan State had to improve to suck (all things in perspective)

What a great first day of the tournament. Now if I could find it on my TV...I had to "watch" the Miami/DU game on a sportstracker....you would think the NHL Network would at least carry these games! Heck, they show the AHL...throw the college pucksters a bone, willya!

It was on ESPNU. I'd imagine you'd get that station if you have the NHL Network.

It's far more exciting than all the overrated basketball dreck.

But the NHL Network probably doesn't show it because Bettman and Co. are so far up the ass of Canadian major junior.

  10. I believe ESPN has the rights to all the NCAA tournament games. The NHL Network aired a bunch of games on Friday nights during the regular season and conference tournaments, as did CBS College Sports, or whatever that channel is called. In the past I know the regional Fox sports networks -- ones like FoxSportsNorth, which carries Gopher hockey games all season -- would pick up the tourney games, but those days appear to be over.

Walter, sadly, ESPNU is not available on Comcast where I live, yet I get NHLN.
