That looked like a goal the first two times I saw it. Not on the third angle.
We may be a better team than Miami, but not by a big enough margin that we can afford to keep giving them power plays.

To the room at 1-1. Miami owned the last five minutes of the period.
Jack, you gotta light a fire under some asses.

It was probably mentioned already, but there was zero promotion for this in D.C.

I guess this sells out so far in advance, there is no need for advertising. It's almost like the people who attend this are members of a club that just reorganize once a year.

Pretty fascinating when you think about the climate of modern sports.

I was just reading about this on another bulletin board - how little fanfare there was in DC for the FF this weekend. Think about it, though. College hockey, outside of New England and Minnesota-Wisconsin-Michigan, almost has a cult following.

Just in the lower bowl of the Verizon Center, though, I don't see a lot of empty seats.

Did I just hear that right - Miami is outshooting BU 3-1 in the third period?

I think it was a sellout. The Bejimii (not looking that up) could not find any tickets at all.

Shit, it's in Tampa in a couple years.

Miami just scored. 2-1, Fighting Blasis, 7:29 left in the third.

Now that Tampa FF, that's one I'd like to go to. :)

Too much sloppiness in the zone, and Miami finally took advantage.
Well, this is where we were Thursday night...

And that's where a lot of your goals are going to be scored.

Here's your game...6:24, Lawrence in the box.
Only consolation...Miami's had one decent power play out of six.
