I have a question: I lost Ronnie Brown for the season. That leaves me with Shaun Alexander, Ernest Graham and DeShawn Wynn and Ladell Betts as my RBs. Graham could be relegated to backup duty to Bennett soon. ... I also have Tom Brady.

Should I trade Tom Brady for a decent QB and decent RB? There's jack squat on our waivers. Jesse Chatman is the only guy. Fortunately, we use a bidding point system so I have a shot at him. To get him, though, I'd have to blow most if not all of my points to get a guaranteed starter. ...

I don't wanna blow all my points on him. I'm in first place (I also have Moss, Chad Johnson, Calvin Johnson Roddy White, Griese), but my RB position is hurting with Brown out.

Would you guys pull the trigger on a Brady/Graham for Palmer/R. Bush deal? or Brady/Graham for Palmer/Rudi Johnson? Should I sit tight and wait a couple of weeks? ... THing is, Brady should cool off a bit soon, and right now is trade value is sky high - he has more points than Palmer and either of those RBs combined. What do you guys think?

Do NOT trade Brady. He's gunning for Peyton's 49 -- just an offshoot of the Pats big middle finger to the rest of the league this year -- and won't sit until he gets it. With your other weapons (Moss, Chad), you can afford to be a tad weaker at RB and play matchups between SA -- even though I'm not a big SA fan -- Graham (who will not be overtaken by Bennett, who flat out blows, not sure what makes you say that?) and Chatman...yes, get Chatman, who's looked very good in relief of Brown and should put up decent numbers, albeit he faces some tough D's coming up.

If you're going to trade anyone, I'd maybe deal one of your lesser WRs for a stronger RB if you want to. You could snag Chatman, package him with Roddy White/Calvin (both coming off big/highlight reel games...although CJ's was mostly on one big run) to a WR-starved team who has some RBs. Find the team who has T.O./Fitz/Boldin/ on bye this week....and then package Chatman (who's got some heightened name/trade value now due to his being "in the news" thanks to Brown injury, clear #1 starter, etc.) & Roddy (also bye this week, mind you) or Calvin for a Kevin Jones/Portis/Edge/Lynch/McGahee/TJones/Jacobs (injury worries)-type RB.

OR...find someone who still believes in Alexander a little too much and package SA and Roddy/Calvin for a more solid RB. Use the argument that SEA/Alexander will "figure things out after the bye" against weak rush defenses -- @CLE, SF, CHI, @STL....

Bottom line is, you're in first (thanks in part to Ronnie, I know), are likely playoff bound. Don't shake things up too much. Brady is this year's LT. Keep him.

Do I start Adrian Peterson against Philadelphia or Marshawn Lynch against NY Jets?

Tomlinson is starting in my other slot.

    Peterson.

Yeah, I'm thinking Peterson is getting to the point where he is an automatic starter every week.

He's going to run, he's going to catch and you have an outside shot at a return touchdown.

    He's automatic.

I don't get the return points, but you are right on the other points.

Even for a TD? That sucks.

    Anyway, I'd still start him.

Chances are, if Minnesota scores, Peterson scores.

What if I trade Brady-Stallworth and get Vikings' Adrian Peterson-QB Derek Anderson? (for those who missed my earlier post, I lost Ronnie Brown and my other RBs are S. Alexander, E. Graham and D. Wynn. I have a shot at Chatman, but far from guaranteed since 6 other owners have more bid points left than me). ...

Dude, do not trade Brady under ANY circumstances! With the season he's having, you can only get 75 cents on the dollar for him. Trade one of the Johnson WRs and Alexander for a good RB, like Edge James, Westbrook or Barber III. If you trade Brady (and don't even think about touching Moss), kiss any chances at a championship good-bye.

I don't think Brady can be traded for anything less than Tomlinson
