It's on here, Angola. Smells of BS to me, but it's kind of entertaining.

Oh, I was enjoying some of it, too....but the whole thing just doesn't sound right to me.

And now it's gone. Wonder if BigDog lost his nerve and pulled the plug or the mods did it.

I had just found that thread when, apparently, it got nuked.

Back to more normal subjects, I've got a conumdrum. I'm in eighth place, fighting to get into the six-team playoffs & the trading deadline is fast approaching. Here is my lineup:

    QB - D. McNabb (J. Garcia)
WR - Chad Johnson (D. Mason)
    WR - D. Bowe (J. Cotchery)
    WR - A. Davis (R. Curry)
    RB - E. James
    RB - B. Jacobs
TE - Dallas Clark (C. Cooley)
    W/R - Rudi Johnson (D. Hester)
    --------
    K - J. Brown
    --------
DEF - New England (Seattle, Baltimore)

I've been offered Matt Hasselbeck & Thomas Jones for Edge James. Hasselbeck seems like a more consistent QB than McNabb, but Jones is still looking for his first TD and I'm in more need for a WR. What's the best course of action?

PS - I've been shopping around my two defenses & trying to package them with another player to get either a better WR or RB. Which DEF has the best value?

DO NOT trade for Tom Jones ... he's been nothing but trouble.

Defenses: Assuming you want to keep New England, I'd try to dump Seattle. It has a very nice schedule, especially compared to Baltimore. And that's completely ignoring how bad Baltimore is.

Just change the rules as you see fit

Yeah, you don't need any Jets. They'll contaminate your team by association. You'd be better off packaging one of your tight ends and maybe Rudi Johnson for an upgrade at receiver.

    And now my lineup question...
I actually have too many good matchups this week. I need to find a flex guy from between Chester Taylor (vs. Oakland -- Damn you Adrian Peterson!) and Ryan Grant (vs. Carolina); and three receivers from Anquan Boldin (vs. Cincy), Roy Williams (Giants), Derrick Mason (Cleveland), and Ronald Curry (Minnesota).
Right now, I'm leaning toward Grant as the flex, and Boldin, Williams and Mason as receivers. Whatchya think?

BTW, I don't run the league in question.
