The one camera shot I would have liked to see is the ball Papi hit that drilled the ESPN tent ... you'd think the cameras would be on and a shot of Morgan pissing himself would be readily available.

Can Gatorade pimp itself out any more?

haha same here. I've noticed them cut away fairly quickly a couple times. I bet there's some pushign and shoving and drowning going on.

Line of the night from Berman: "Those balls are like Gaylord Perry liked 'em...nice and wet."

Hopefully, you wrote a column ripping the right fielder.

The Astros were the only ones televising that day, and they missed it going in.

Mark, I understand the greed deal (and I'm usually one of the suckers who buys in - literally - to that sort of BS.) But why not have the uniforms be, y'know, uniform, for the game?

And Overrated, I'm betting those kids are given a strict "no robbing or you're outta here" talk before they go out there.

Well, you know, I thought about it until someone said it was the police chief's son.

I am glad we've hit a little plateau with the wackiness of the all-star jerseys. I mean, I loved when the game came to boston, but those vests were horrrrrrendous.

I'm sure you're right Tex. But I wish those kids knew this was a once-in-a-lifetime deal. I'd be Torii Huntering cats all night...at least 'til they escorted me off.
