    I believe that rule is only in effect if there are no runners on base.

    Betancourt is notorious for his slow deliveries. At one point during the regular season, the second base umpire did have a stopwatch on him. The batter was awarded a ball to the count once or twice.

    Good call. Nice grab by Grady Sizemore. He's an incredible center fielder. Real fun to watch play the field.

    I'm with you. Don't make pitching changes you wouldn't make in the regular season. Fewer commercials. Move things along better.
