Surely, I thought you'd be backing the Tribe.

Dude, I'm not slinging mud. The Mets collapsed in September and lost the division and a playoff berth. But I didn't root against Philly in the NLDS. Because it was pointless. A waste of energy. Just like rooting against the Red Sox is a waste of energy for Yankees fans.

I want them to win, but I have little to no confidence in that happening.

OK, point taken. But my hatred for the Red Sox runs very, very deep. It's been building the last couple of years, but if they do win it all it obviously won't be as bad as the Yankees losing.

Me thinks tomorrow will be a high-scoring slugfest.

Dice-K has looked out of gas for most of the last 2 months.

And do you really think Westbrook can duplicate his Game 3 performance in a Game 7 on the road?

    Nope.

And the Red Sox should have all hands on deck. Beckett could go an inning. Lester could go a couple innings...

Have we got TSP on suicide watch tomorrow night?

He might be on suicide watch tonight.

Start Beckett, even if he only throws an inning, get things off on the right foot.

While it's been thrown out there already ... the Yankees only won one more game than the Mets in October. Granted, the Mets didn't play well enough to step onto a field this month, and they wouldn't have beaten the Rockies.

A friend just sent this to me, and I've got to share it with you guys.

For those of you who like Jack Buck: "Go crazy, folks. Go crazy."

I love the geniuses who came out of the woodwork on this thread with the "I'll bet they lose this Series now."

    Yeah, no shit.

You think a team can lose two in a row in as dominating a fashion as they have and turn back around and win it on the road? Really?

    Idiots.

Best part: I won't even be able to see a single pitch tomorrow night. Fuck. Me. Running.
