ARod just crushed his ninth homer of the season to left. Damn, he is up to nine homers and 23 RBIs.

God, Zambrano is a zoo. He had just settled in, striking out McCann and Franc-whatever, and then gives up a two-strike homer to Scott fucking Thorman.

Looked to me as if the throw was well offline, kind of between third and home.

The mouth-breathers in the Bronx must be pissing in their NASA-approved diapers.

Not that I really want to get into this A-Rod argument, and I really hate the Yankees, but his OPS in three LCS appearances is over 1.000. He certainly sucked last season in the playoffs, but he has not sucked everytime he's been in the postseason. You may now carry on with your regularly-scheduled name-calling.

Isn’t he up to 5-6 walks now?

That’s the most impressive thing to me.

Looks like you chose the wrong pitcher.

And Felix Hernandez struggles with control in the first inning, waves to the dugout, and the entire coaching staff comes out like the calvary charging into battle. King Felix leaves after 22 pitches.

I’m going to say to Jacques Jones what my Southern-ass, matter-of-factly speaking dad said several times in my high school years.

“Son, you could fuck up an anvil.”

He just doesn’t have a clue at the plate. When Soriano comes back, Pie should play RF, and Jones should be benched or traded. I’m sick of his bullshit.

If Pie sucked, at least you can hope for the future. Jones should be in his prime and sucks.

I wish there was some sort of statistical value given to a team’s situational hitting and overall offensive competence. I’m telling you, the Cubs would be worst in the bigs. It’s truly unbelievable.
