    But...but...he's A-Fraud! Don't ya get it?

He could hit 80 home runs this year, bat .400 with a homer in each game of the playoffs this year and some people would still find reasons to rip him to shreds.

Yes, he has been lousy in the playoffs as a Yankee. He has also won an MVP award as a Yankee and his "shitty" 2006 was a great year for every other player in MLB not named Pujols.

I don't like the way he handles pressure, either, but the venom some people spit at the guy gets silly.

It does, except that A-Rod looks so dialed in right now, and Boston's hitting is nonexistant after the 6-hole.

I think Pettite will pitch well. The only hope Yankees fans have is that Boston continues to score only one run when Daisuke pitches.

Jesus Christ, two outs, no one on base, down four runs, Josh Freaking Phelps at the plate and the Tribe chokes it away. Disgusting. No wonder everyone leaves this city.

I have Joe Borowski in my fantasy league.
I think I picked the wrong day to stop sniffing glue.

That is a Mad Libs-style template of 98 percent of your posts.

Very entertaining, your sound and fury signifying nothing.

I don't think it is because of the sports team.

Likewise. And the sad part is that even if Borowski got out of it, he wouldn't have even earned a save. I hate it when managers use closers in non-save situations.

Come on BYH, how is his walk-off home run not a big deal? Because it happened in April? If he would have struck out you would have been on this thread quick as can be spouting about how ARod choked again. But since he hit a game-winning home run, it is suddenly no big deal.
A little consistency is all I am asking for here.
