Did Duke even attempt to play zone? Jesus, the Lehigh kid was the fastest player on the court times ten.

And I loved that Duke lost even though they were gifted three free throws by a ref buying a flop even though he was screened from the contact.

I still love you, despite your obscene taste in basketball teams.

Oh, and I think it's about a 3-to-1 ratio in that cocktail. ;D

The best part about these types of upsets is that if you didn't have Duke or Missouri in the Final Four or National Championship, they actually really don't hurt you because everyone got them wrong.

I had Duke losing to Baylor in the Sweet 16 and Mizzou bowing out in the Elite Eight to Michigan State, so if anything, those losses are good for me. :)

As an Ohio Bobcat fanboi loser, this one was sweet after Belein and Hoke decided to disrespect two universities in Ohio for about a year now.

And now America can know the joy of watching little D.J. Cooper as much as I have the last three years.

Chris Holtmann, the coach at Gardner-Webb, was a key guy in recruiting Cooper when Holtmann was at Ohio. Thus ends my Big South journo addition to this thread.

Exactly. I've never understood why anyone gets all bent out of shape because they lost a second round team or even a Sweet 16 team.

Unless you're in a moronic office pool where each game counts the same, you worry about your big fish.

So if you didn't have Mizzou or Duke in the Final Four -- and I didn't -- enjoy!

Yup. I never even really look at my point totals. I'm far more concerned with the Possible Points Remaining. That's what really counts in the office pool standings during the early rounds.

LIU-Brooklyn is within 5 of Michigan State at halftime. The way today has gone, that constitutes the top seed being in command.
