Bo Ryan wanted to get Berggen into the game but he was too late checking in. Instead of calling a timeout and correcting this, Bo decided "ah, screw it," and left him on the sideline.

I HATE that. A great game with a god-awful final 15 seconds, but we've all seen that a gazillion times before.

Kenny Smith gave some great analysis.

At the end of the game you don't call a play to make a shot, you need a player to make a play to get a shot.

Really don't understand why trailing teams wait so long to make their move to the basket. Go sooner and if you score, trust that you can play a little defense.

Need to page Bubbler or someone else on Wisconsin SJ, but I'd be interested to know where this season ranks in terms of Bo Ryan's all-time best coaching jobs. This year's team didn't strike me as particularly talented, outside of Taylor, but they turned in one heck of a season.

I don't understand why any high school kid would commit to play basketball at Wisconsin... Boring, boring basketball throughout the conference. Scoring less than 70 points most games.... No thanks.

They do it because they hate you.

Probably because coaches are afraid of leaving too much time on the clock for the other team.

    Smith and Barkley are fantastic.

Thing is, you've got to have the lead for that to matter. Score when you can, as soon as you can.

They shit the bed as they have in every NCAA tourney except their fluke win (courtesy of Kenyon Martin's broken leg).

When they lose, they get ass-blown off the court.

    OVERRRRR. RATED.
