    I always thought Cal's teams would be unbeatable if they could ever shoot, both on the perimeter and at the line. This could be his best shot at a title.

    Then again, this group should be even better next year!

    Things all color commentators are obsessed with: Not going for three when you're down three late. "They can stretch this game." Sure, but they'll only be stretching it to a loss if the other team has good free throw shooters.

    UNC almost lost to Ohio tonight. Doherty managed to coach a UNC team to a loss against the Bobcats in 2002 in the Dean Dome.

    And as an Ohio fanboi looser, this one was a gut punch. A free throw with 25 seconds left on a stage you'll never be on again, you have to make it.
