Shooter can't cross the foul line until the ball draws iron. OSU has exactly zero right to bitch about it. It's an easy call at any level of basketball, from middle school on up.

Can someone please explain the concept of the 'stage' on all the dome games?

    What are the benefits?

If Cal loses tonight, he needs to give up coaching.

It allows the basketball court to be placed in center field with the baskets oriented toward the endzones, which allows use of the full arena for seating and additional seats placed on the football field.

The way the used to set up in the domes had the court near one endzone with the baskets oriented toward the sidelines, and they didn't use the far end of the dome for seating.

I hope Bill Self gives his real pre-game speech after the CBS cameras leave, because he isn't exactly Lombardi in the ones that they are showing.

The Frey. Authors of such emo-tastic songs as "How to Save a Life" and the first band in history to make you depressed listening to the national anthem without screwing up the lyrics or singing like Rosanne
