I can't wait until SportsJournalists.com 2025 when this debate will be over the greatest AAU players of all time.

The 'Skins also picked up Kellen Clemens. Riveting 3 man QB controversy.

Clemens is so bad he's not even being mentioned in the mix.

Hey, I'm not standing idly by while someone besmirches the good name of a Duck! (I'm still waiting for someone to give Joey Harrington a second chance. Well, third chance. OK, technically, fourth chance.)

That Carr at No. 1, Harrington at No. 3 draft sure sucked. That also was the draft that 45 Miami players went in the first round.

The best QB of the draft was David Garrard in the 4th round -- taken long after Carr, Harrington, Patrick Ramsey and Josh McCown. That is a feeble draft class.

Ya, at least McNabb salvaged the God-awful QB-heavy first round in '99.

Grossman is reportedly being paid $1.15 million this year. The Redskins cannot possibly be serious about this season.

Culpepper did OK for a while as well.

Culpepper had one really good year in '99 when that Vikings offense was on autopilot with Moss and the gang. But after that, his decline was fast and furious.

Culpepper had a 110.9 qb rating in 2004...of course his team went 8-8.

Unlike the Seahawks, though, it doesn't appear the Shanahans are doing anything to ease a new, young QB's transition into the offense. Shanahan should have stayed retired. He's destroying his reputation by the day. Hell, if I was a Skins fan, I'd rather have Josh McDaniels as coach. At least his teams scored while piling up the losses.
