Cassell just threw a pick-6. The Dolphins are closing in on a backdoor cover.

Exactly. If you can cum on a team, cum away. I hate the notion you have to be nice to another team, especially at the pro level. If you can win 70-2, then win 70-2, dammit.

  5. I have no problem with putting up a lot of points but the Patriots weren't smart about it. Instead of having Brady the lone setback, throwing every down with 6 minutes left and up by 35 - you should be running the ball, going for short passes to run out some of the clock. Then go for the score.

One, you're exposing Brady by passing and two, you're leaving your defense on the field too long with your quick hits.

If you're going to run up the score, you do it like they did against the Cowboys - at the end of the game ...

It's the arrogance that bugs me. Not the running up of the score.

  6. So they bring Brady BACK IN after the Cassel Int TD and he throws No. 6 - 49-21.

Receivers don't make a QB, QBs make receivers, otherwise Moss would have decent numbers the last few years. Without a good QB, Moss is a pedestrian player.

I just noticed that. Holy shit. Might as well go for seven touchdowns now.

  9. Had they used more clock they wouldn't have had to bring Brady back in ... but then Bellicheck wouldn't have had his fun ...

  10. Throw the ball up, Moss comes down with it. How good of a QB do you have to be? Did you watch the game today? Brady just threw it above the double team - Moss had to jump over both guys and come back down with it.

The sad thing is that you actually believe this.

The only — ONLY — thing stopping Moss from being the best receiver ever is his lack of consistent effort. If he had a shitty quarterback for a contending team, he would still put up huge numbers, because he would try, which is all he has to do.

I'm sure you think Wes Welker and Stokley were the best players in those trios, though...

Meanwhile, the Bills are a couple minutes away from taking down the Ravens. It's 18-14 at the two-minute warning, and Baltimore has the ball.
