On the same day it's revealed that 4 million people registered as Democrats in PA -- a record -- and Obama is leading by 21 points in a NC poll, Clinton is talking to a right-wing newspaper stirring up the Rev. Wright shit.

The Dems have a candidate growing the party in incredible numbers and an also-ran whacking the frontrunner in the knees with a lead pipe.

  2. She's going to be a power in the Senate for decades, boys. Time to get over that.
She's a senator from one of the largest states in the Union. She has been, by all accounts, a good one, especially on homegrown issues. She's unbeatable for the foreseeable future. She will finish this campaign and go back to all of that.
And that NC poll is an outlier, I'm willing to bet.

Well someone drum up a fresh scandal story on McCain so I can start eating again.

Actually, looking at the poll history for the past two months, the poll showing things close in North Carolina is the outlier.

Yeah, yeah, but she's too easy to abuse . . . and it's too much fun. That wonky-tonk Eleanor Roosevelt-channeling act is easy pickings, and irresistible.

For me, it's the pathological lying.

It's like she can't help herself.

I'm sure she's convinced herself that a lot of it is the truth.

Empress' New Clothes, and all that.

. . . and believe me, I KNOW . . . if he survives this gantlet, and gets there, next January, I KNOW there are going to be at least a half-dozen things he'll try to do in the first hundred days that I'll frigging HATE. HATE.

. . . and it'll still be twenty times better than 43, or Ms. Rodham.

She's not going to be a power in the Senate. She's been there seven years and has accomplished nothing. Her sole reason for running for Senate was to be elected president in 2008. She's a legislative dud.

  10. Well, I think you're wrong.
Her approval ratings in NY state remain high. She's done an awful lot upstate, and there's no Republican worthy of the challenge. The derangement of people in relation to this woman is an ongoing phenomenon.

This knife cuts both ways, I'd remind you.

F_B, what has she done in the Senate that's not attaching herself to something once she waits in the wings to see if it will hurt or help her?
