  1. MSNBC has dragged out Harold (Why Him And Not Me?) Ford to comment on things. The single biggest loser of the '06 midterms? Nice.

What are the chances that What's-her-face does a "Harold? Call me!" riff?

  3. Who?
    Rachel Maddow?
    Pat Buchanan in drag?
Yes, Harold, Obama has to "make one more statement" and then move along.
    Brilliant, Harold.
And Pat? Republicans have NEVER had to "answer" for Bob Jones within their own party.
Why am I liveblogging this show?

No, no. The woman who comes on after the talentless hacks (and Maddow and Robinson and Olbermann) go home to bed and we are left with the more-obscurer-talentless-hacks.

    You know. What's her face.

    Norah O'Donnell.

'Twas on the tip o' my tongue.

  6. Noron.
Now David Gregory is telling me how smart David Brooks is.
    Get me a fucking gun.

It's going to be hard finding you a firearm that doesn't clash with Mr. Brooks' neckwear, but I'll give it a shot.

    EDIT:

  8. Pat Buchanan just said a remarkable thing.
He said Barack Obama was going to have a problem in the fall because he is the most liberal member of the Senate and that, even thought the Republicans know that 'all the issues" are against them, they'll beat him because he's the MLMOTS.
    Two things.
    1) Bernie Sanders, an actual socialist, is reaching for some whiskey and doesn't know why.
    2) If "all the issues" are against the Republicans, isn't being a liberal a GOOD thing?
    Politics are so confusing.

It's long past time for someone to take Pat out behind the barn.

I don't think he's had a useful observation about this primary season. And that's coming from someone who used to find his on-the-sleeve bigotry interesting, at least on some level.

And will poor Bernie Sanders take that appositive to his obit and beyond?

  10. Anybody actually ever SEEN that National Journal survey?
Bernie's gotta be in second place, doesn't he?

EDIT: Sheldon Whitehouse, followed by, get this, Joe Biden in third. Poor Bernie clocks in at fourth.

The thing has to be reverse engineered out the wazoo.

I couldn't help but chime in on this:

Can't anyone else see the connection between Clinton, his history and that 26-year-old teacher and 17-year-old student thread? LMAO.
