Have Hillary's people filed lawsuits to seat the Michigan and Florida delegates yet?

If the supers decided this in Hillary's favor, it may well destroy the party for a long time. All that enthusiasm and record turnout in the primaries will just stay home and watch dvd's of Lost in November. The young voters who turned out this time won't go back to the polls for 20 years. No one will ever be able to convince them that their vote matters.

She can't win it, straight, unless she goads him into a mistake, and he's got too much grace to allow that to happen.

Even if those somehow were added to the mix, it wouldn't be enough to catch up either in popular vote or delegates.

Which is why the Democratic higher ups won't allow that to happen.

    I'm not convinced.

Dean has to sit both 'em down and ask HRC, point-blank, you see yourself prevailing, how?

    At what cost?

I hear that John Lewis is switching his support back to Hillary.

When was the last truly brokered convention on either side?

Just because you say that into a recorder and then hit play, doesn't allow you to claim you "heard" it somewhere.

'52 Stevenson was right there. Kefauver's skeletons came into play.

Hate to break it to all you lotus-eaters, but there's no way Obama can win on straight pledged delegates either from here on out.

    Brokered convention, here we come.

Broad feeling already expressed by sufficient Supers to abide by preferences/precidents laid down by ballots cast in individual states minimizes the Fear Factor -- but admittedly does not eliminate it.

    She can't win it, straight.
