  1. As opposed to the relevance of the one who came BEFORE them?

  2. Double post, but this is what the recent AG's have helped to bring us, and St. John is helping out his new BFF.

His record is clear. He's opposed to torture, but Fredo should veto this bill because the not-torturing we do is necessary.

It's sad what's happened to McCain.

If Obama wins Wyoming and Mississippi, which he should win both and the latter in a landslide, by my count that would mean he'd have won 14 out of the last 17 primaries --- yet somehow the media will make sure to spin it that Hillary is still in the race because she won some big states.

I got a kick out of the way people were admonishing the media for being too hard on Hillary when in fact the opposite is true. If her name were Hillary Jones or Hillary Smith (or anything other than what it is) she'd have been buried after her 0-for-11 run.

Instead, she's been kept alive with her friends in the media who want so badly for her to win, or at least want so badly for a race to continue to hype.

Further, I get a kick out of the whiners who claim every attack against Hillary is sexist because she is using sexism -- and her ability as a woman to hide behind "victimhood" by crying every time she loses and complaining about people ganging up on her -- to keep her alive in this race.

Anyone who knows anything about my political views knows there is no chance in hell I'd vote for either, but this ridiculous whining for Hillary has gotten out of control.

Like I said -- any other candidate who was on a streak of losing 14 out of 17 would be getting buried.....

I agree with you Zag, but winning big states is fairly beneficial. I mean, a presidential candidate can win California, Pennsylvania, Texas, New York, Ohio, Illinois and Florida (seven states) and almost have it wrapped up.

Wyoming results are starting to come in. Obama up by double digits.

    30 percent in, he's up 58-40.

  8. And good for him.
    Winning is better than losing.
But does any sentient being really believe Wyoming's in play this November?

Maybe not Wyoming, but stealing a red state or three in November would mean a lot to Democrats, who no matter the nominee would probably carry California, New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Illinois, maybe Florida and Ohio ...

... and I love the notion that somehow, these small states don't matter (as Hillary called red-state Democrats second-class delegates a month or so ago). Last I checked, delegates from all of these states counted toward the total needed for either Obama or Clinton to win nomination.

Laramie just came in, pushing the margin to 66-33.

If he keeps his number up over 64, I think he gets four delegates out of it.

Wyoming is not in play in November, but there are a whole lot of lower-level Demorcrats who are hoping Obama is with them on the ticket.
