  1. Yes, because, as in all things we don't like in politics, the Clintons invented resume-padding.
For god's sake, grow up, the lot of you.
In other news, this is important for two reasons.

    1) For all the D's-are-tearing-each-other-apart scary-monster stories, people still really, really hate Republicans these days. The D's now hold the congressional seats once held by the last two R Speakers of the House. And,
    2) Obama made it a point to cut radio ads in support of this guy. That means more than a win in Wyoming, and he should really hit that hard. Party building and all that.

  2. ...and, yes, John McCain has no fucking soul.

No, they didn't invent resume-padding, but just like lying, serial dishonesty, cheating, blaming others for problems they created, playing the victim card -- they have taken it to an entirely different level.

I love what they are trying to do now with regards to Michigan and Florida -- the rules were clear before the race began -- of course only one candidate left her name on the ballot in one of these two states and campaigned in the other -- and now she wants to change them by accepting the results instead of either keeping the rules intact or having a do-over, which, I believe she'd win Florida and lose in Michigan where areas like Flint and Detroit and even a spat of smaller cities like Benton Harbor are overwhelmingly black.

    Where to start?
    Florida — white 80.2%, black 15.8%

    Michigan — white 81.2%, black 14.3%

Hillary will be quite happy with a do-over.

    Thanks for playing, though.

Yeah, great point -- she's so happy with a do-over in Michigan that her and her campaign are doing everything in their power to make sure it doesn't happen. She wants no part of a do-over in Michigan and her actions more than prove it.

And those numbers you provided mean little -- what percentage of the democratic voters in Michigan are black? They obviously are a very big block -- and let's not forget how well Jesse Jackson ran in Michigan in 1988.

I think Hillary got like 54 percent of the vote in Michigan when she was on the ballot by herself, and she lost to uncommitted among blacks 70-30 and independents 51-31 (and a very small sampling of this group actually came out because there was no real election going on. My guess is if this was a real election a lot more of this group would come out, including youngsters at small meaningless places like Michigan, Michigan State, etc.etc....)

I thought that it would have something to do with King's comments. Of course McCain never actually repudiates them because, well, he has no morals.

What's wrong with his comments -- there probably is a lot of truth to them.

I mean, which president do you think the terrorists are rooting for -- the one who says he will continue to fight them or the one who has made his entire platform the fact that he didn't want to fight them in the first place and he'll do whatever it takes to stop fighting them when he wins?

I know political correctness will provide that these comments are racist, which is hogwash.

And I find it amazing that we're being told constantly about Texas being a Hillary win -- delegate counts from that state seem to tell a different story.

One other thing -- is Susan Estrich is every bit as annoying and clueless as Ann Coulter.

There isn't a lick of truth in the statement.

"More terrorists will be happy with an Obama election win than they were happy with 9/11."

    Yup, that makes sense.

Simple fact: The communists in China (and N.Korea) were rooting for Bush to stay in power in 2004 over Kerry. From their perspective, Bush gave them more. The same goes for terrorists.

Bush, and by extension McCain, would enable the terrorists further. People that actually understand how the world functions recognize this.

Just to add... It absolutely is racist because it is based on the guy's middle name...

"His middle name does matter," King said. "It matters because they read a meaning into that."

    Load. Of. Shit.

  10. Don't even engage him, pastor.
The guy believes the Clinton chronicles.
He's a great big ship of fools in all of his several personalities.

Quick fact: 25 percent of registered Democrats in Michigan are black and there are few Latinos to balance that out for Clinton. Obama wins Michigan.

  12. The more I hear people talk about it, the more I become convinced that there is no good solution for Michigan and Florida. None.
