    Irony is just sitting over there like, “Yeah, somebody get me a bottle of good bourbon ASAP. … What’s that? … No, don’t bring me glasses. I need the whole damn bottle.”

    During my newscast tonight I was sitting in the control room watching different cities on the satellite feeds. Atlanta had the wholesale destruction of a fleet of police cruisers, but the hand to hand combat between police and protesters in San Jose was NUTS. Wouldn't have guessed the people of San Jose had that in 'em.

    My goodness! I'm about 40 miles from San Jose, but I'm in the Monterey-Salinas market, so have no inkling.
