I’ve now read this … and I think what the grand juror is saying is that what Kentucky’s attorney general told the news conference about the grand jury’s process is not the same as what actually happened in the grand jury room.

Ballistics report raises questions in Breonna Taylor shooting

The ballistics report from the Kentucky State Police on the Breonna Taylor shooting could not determine that Taylor's boyfriend shot one of the officers who unleashed a barrage of 32 bullets into her apartment, contradicting statements made by the state attorney general, according to records obtained by ABC News.

 

Cops lie under oath? Nooooooooooooo.

Grand Jury tapes are coming out despite the prosecutor's bid to delay

Breonna Taylor grand jury audio recordings released Friday - CNN

 

The bullet recovered from the shot cop was a 9mm. Police said that none of the officers involved in the raid was carrying a 9mm, so it had to have come from Taylor's boyfriend's 9. It later came out that one of the officers has a second issue firearm in 9mm. Ballistics was unable to make a definitive match to the boyfriend's pistol.
