    The video played the crucial role here of course but I think the testimony from the police chief played a huge role in giving the jury permission to find him guilty on the maximum charge. It's that type of leadership that we need to see in future trials before we truly turn a corner.

    Sentencing in eight weeks. Guidelines, so likely 9 years or so.
