Running racism in America thread

    Why do I think the judges in both the Rittenhouse case and this one somewhat "identified" with the suspect. I assume they seldom felt the same way about black defendants. Not saying they were "racists" per se - only that they remember (like we all do) what idiots they were between 18-25, and probably don't want to "ruin" someone who they could see years later also "making something" of themself - again omething I donbt they think about with black defendants.
