MSNBC? Seems to be a staple there when I waste a minute of my life. One of the talking-head experts I referred to earlier.

Yes, he has a show on there too.

I’m still surprised two DAs punted on this case. To the layman it seems pretty cut and dried. The opposite of doing a Mike Nifong.

They would have gotten away with it if they didn’t tape the incident and it went viral.

NBC Nightly News airs about one hour from now (in my time zone). I'm sure Sharpton will get time there, as well.

When we lived in Manhattan, Mrs W was on the jury for a 2 week criminal trial. They got the case on Friday morning and it was 10-2. At 4:30, the judge said that if they couldn’t decide in the next 30 minutes, they would be sequestered in a hotel in Staten Island for the weekend. The jury got to unanimous in 5 minutes.

I actually like SI, then again my limited experiences there were focused on dive bars like Steiny’s and Leidy’s.

Acquitted, I presume? If they convicted under those conditions, wouldn’t that be the easiest appeal ever?

Acquitted but it would be cause to appeal, I don’t think.

I’ve heard it called “Saudi Aurora” on more than one occasion.
