The dick sucking isn't Boise's fault.

They're a very good program but because there is this pathological desire for "BCS Buster" every year people give them way more credit than they deserve for winning the one tough regular season game they play every year.

Who else is on Boise's schedule this year that matters? Oregon State?

    Maybe Nevada in the WAC?

Fresno State? Hey! The Bulldogs just beat a BCS team (Cincinnati).

Maybe I'll make the drive in a couple of weeks when Boise puts it all on the line ... at Wyoming.

Thing I do not know: Whether that was an actual block in the back.
Thing I do know: I have *never* seen whatever it was NOT called a block in the back.

Not like the ACC is exactly prime grade.

    That's utter horseshit.
Boise has proven every year they belong. But unlike the basketball counterpart, Gonzaga, the big conferences can find ways to keep them out.
The big conferences want the status quo -- and it would make sense with a team like TCU which has come on for the last two or three years. But teams like Utah and Boise have shown staying power --and beaten BCS teams on the road.

That's pretty much it, Oregon State, Nevada and Fresno State. And remember kids, Nevada, Fresno State and Boise State will soon be contenders in a Mountain West Conference near you.
