In the third graph of the story you linked ...

"In the past year, NU tried to put together a series with BSU; two-for-one, home-and-home, one-way trip to Lincoln. Whatever."

... So Boise State could have very well wanted $1 million for one game in Lincoln. I'm guessing a one-time game and a 2-for-1 were the most-talked about options.

Clearly they want to get out of the CAA before Old Dominion gets in.

That's right, Nebraska will play any Sun Belt Conference team anytime or anyplace, as long as it's in Lincoln.

Anyone hear anything about a major college football program about to get keel-hauled by the NCAA over recruiting violations? Cowherd mentioned it today - and apparently he's not the only one who has heard stuff about it.
It's apparently NOT SI's expose on athlete's criminal backgrounds. Nor Auburn or Georgia.

Oh man...maybe it's too much wishful thinking, and I almost don't want to type the words. But could it be...Chapel Hill?

    Online chatter centers around Oregon.

Eh. That's not quite as high on my schadenfreude meter. But I'll take it.

Phew. I was worried the bowl season wasn't over yet.

There isn't a St. Paddy's day bowl in Boston?

Supposedly it's not Oregon, according to CFT. Nor Auburn.

Though you think about major violations, and the usually center on schools where a coaching change has occurred in the recent past (1-2 years). Think SMU, Miami, Calipari.
