I read today the Caps are 12-0-1 when Arnott plays. Stunning.

GMGM, as they call him in DC, made some quality moves at the deadline this year. He and Boudreau brought that team back from the dead. LONG way to go but the past two months and then the first two games of the postseason have been fun to watch.

Yep. Let's make sure the Caps win a friggin series before we start doing that. And that's coming from (one of) SJ's ultimate Caps fanboi.

Sharks having trouble killing penalties again. Down 3-0.

At this point I have no idea who'll be raising the Cup but I'd put my money on the Canucks, Sharks, Ducks or even LA before almost any team in the East. As someone said, Washington beating the Rangers doesn't mean a damn thing

Does a second-round exit cost Boudreau his job?

    It should

Don't count out the Red Wings. Sure, they have their shaky moments, but they're still winning and Zetterberg may be back in the lineup next week.

    Has anybody counted them out?

Forgot about them. Still think that the Stanley Cup winner comes out of the West.

    First round? Yes

Second round? Depends on to whom and the circumstances. If, for example, Ovechkin was to get hurt, that obviously changes the dynamics of things. Losing another Game 7 on home ice wouldn't work in his favour.
