What a first round. And no upsets except the 4-5 series, but two Game 7 OTs and another Game 7 that went down to one goal.

The rest of the playoffs should be pretty good.

And it starts back up tomorrow.

    Nashville-Vancouver begins at 9pm EDT.

Haven't seen a schedule for the other series yet.

Yeah, but he'll be back again for about the next 15 years or more. Deal with it.

As Huggy & HC know, I've been a huge fan of PK beginning with his OHL career in Belleville. He's a class act and there are two brothers that will likely be drafted.

There's Malcolm who's been outstanding as a rookie goalie with the Belleville Bulls and Jordan who is ranked #8 in the 2011 OHL draft

In about five years we may have three Subban brothers to go along with the Staal brothers.

    Thanks God for Horton!

Couldn't bear the thought of an entire offseason of memories of PK Subban ruining the Bruins' season. (Ain't blowing a 3-0 lead to the Flyers and losing Game 7 on "too many men" enough torture for one franchise to bear for a decade?)

Boston wins a 7-game series despite going 0 for 21 on the power play. Pittsburgh loses in 7 after going 1 for 34. Injuries aside, I really thought Pittsburgh's defense and goaltending would be enough to pull them through one round. Hats off to a relatively young Tampa team for a nice comeback and playing defense when it counted most.

    Second round:

    Capitals over Lightning in 6

    Bruins over Flyers in 6

    Canucks over Predators in 5

Red Wings over Sharks in 6

And his dives would make Greg Louganis proud.

Yeah, the Bruins announcers are total homers. But this was par for the course for Subban all series.

Actually had to give AP props for the suggested hed after the game:

    "Horton hears a Woo!"

Flyers-Bruins? Yuck. Looks like I'll be rooting for the Caps-Lightning winner to make the Finals.

and the Bruins third goal should have been called a high stick in the neutral zone on I think Ryder, blatantly obvious. Glad the Bruins won though, I love Lucic.

Toronto Sun header after Horton scored in Game 5 was "Horton hears a Whoo-hoo!"

He can't be a "class act" until he cuts out the diving and flopping. The stunt he tried to pull late in the first period last night was revolting. Brilliant player, but extremely hard to respect.
