Didn't the Canucks had a full five minute major and 2 5-on-3s though?

It was a special-teams contest because both teams wouldn't stop cheating. It wasn't like one team was being called and the other wasn't.

Cheating? Are we in grade 5

Do you still think the Canucks play like the 90's devils or the Stars?

I go back to your original post where you said the Canucks want the games to be called loose because they are a "cluthch and grab team". They were built the exact opposite, they were built to beat teams on the PP, they want calls. But I guess the 13 games you've watched them you will tell me different.

You can read a rule book that's for sure but other than that, I don't think you actually grasp the game.

And the season of the blown lead continues as Boston jumps on Tampa 3-0 ... only to lose 5-3.

Boston just stopped skating after the first period. That they'd blow the lead was inevitable after their two awful power plays early in the second and Tampa scored off a giveaway. From that point forward, Tampa kept coming in waves and Boston looked like it was skating in mud.

That the Bruins scored 12 times on Roloson in four games and haven't been able to touch Mike Smith is one of the great mysteries of life.

So does Mike Smith start Game 5 on Monday?

Why not? The Bruins have done nothing but shoot at the logo in the middle of his jersey for two games.

The AP story quotes Guy Boucher as saying Roloson will start Game 5.

I do understand. Roloson's their meal ticket and if they're going to go all the way, Roloson's got to be the one to take them there.

    Guy Boucher comes unhinged.

And the Sharks find yet-another way to fall behind! A too-many-men penalty leads to a 5-on-3 and 3 Vancouver goals in the second. Tell me about the rest, I'm watching baseball.

Sharks fall short again. (As if anyone is surprised.)

Got back from the Shark Tank a couple of hours ago. Just a shameful performance for the vast majority of the game by the Sharks. They failed to capitalize on the first 4 power plays, including 4 mins. to start the 2nd. Then give up three straight 5 on 3 goals. Stupid penalties as well; too many men, shooting the puck out of play with no one around? Astounding.

In my 40 years of watching sports, you can never say never (hello '04 Bosox; '10 Giants) so there's still hope. Just going to be tough.
