I remember thinking that but I don't remember who it was.

Wow, I'm a fan of this show, but I'm surprised all of the love last night's episode is getting. I thought it was the worst of the season. I'm not big on Goodman at all, and I guess that makes me the only one, but I feel like last night was such a throwaway episode and now we get another week of it to get "resolved." The whole thing was just too implausible for me, other than that I can't put my finger on what it was, but it was just my least favorite episode of the season.

"Your side hates my side because you think we think you're stupid; my side hates your side because we think you're stupid."

And Hughley is getting funnier each week. I like the flashback gimmick, I like the teases -- tell them why you were speeding! -- when you know that's not coming this week.

I like the whole homophobic quote-out-of-context opening more when you consider Paulson's the one getting the education on tolerance from Perry. Saw Mark McKinney had the writer's credit on this one; he crushed this one's head, so to speak.

Cancel the Funeral: 'Studio 60' Isn't Heading Off Into the Sunset Just Yet

While not yet official, key industry sources are confident that NBC will, in the next few days, announce the show's pickup for its back nine episodes (giving it a full season complement of 22) in the wake of two consecutive Mondays of upwardly-trending numbers.

Good to see a network exercising patience for once.

This sure does set up the rest of the season nicely.

As long as there is a rest of the season, I'm happy.

Didn't Simon try to set him up with some (female) groupies during a wrap party?

I got the idea that Simon might be -- turning down the groupie.

How about he was speeding because he's young, rich and doesn't give a crap about speed limits? I don't need it to be because he was delivering a kidney to an orphan.

I think whoever said earlier that he was speeding to say goodbye to his brother before he shipped out to Afghanistan is probably right. Once Goodman's character discovers that, he'll realize that Jeter's not just another Hollywood liberal and he'll let him go.

BTW, I agree with Boobie that this was the weakest episode so far. It had some good lines, but the overall plot was way too contrived and silly for my taste.
